Resources for Women in Menopause

“When we talk about menopause, we’re not talking about an illness — we’re talking about a biological transition that touches every system of the body.

Experts like Dr. Michelle Jacobson at Women’s College Hospital and the International Menopause Society are changing how we understand this phase.

Around 80 % of women experience symptoms — and for one in four, those symptoms impact daily life and work. By 2025, 1.1 billion women worldwide will be in menopause. That’s not a niche issue; it’s a public health conversation.

Menopause Hormone Therapy is a safe, evidence-based option for many women when individualized, and non-hormonal supports can help too.

Normalizing these symptoms means acknowledging them as real, valid, and treatable. That’s how we replace stigma with support — and ensure women get the care they deserve.”
