Our Team

  • Angela Larmer

    I am a Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered, and Culturally Responsive Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), as well as a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in supporting individuals and couples on their health and wellness journeys. I am passionate about helping individuals work through experiences of trauma and to help adult clients become more self-led, grounded and joyful. A.R.T., DBT, CBT, existential and parts work therapy are some of the modalities we will engage in during our sessions.

  • Elise Rosner

    I am a Registered Social Service Worker with a deep-rooted background in non-profit and peer support work. I bring a unique understanding of neurodiversity and chronic illness, as well as a compassionate approach to mental health care for my clients.

  • Catherine Morissette

    I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), who graduated from Yorkville University in the Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy program in 2023. I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, putting importance toward a collaborative approach with my clients.

  • Brendon Antill

    I am a Registered Pychotherapist working with adults and children with two years in private practice - supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach expands upon in my unique background as a brain injury rehabilitation worker with the March of Dimes Canada, where I provided physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and led social groups.

  • Puja Devanand Rao

    I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing support to clients suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, stress management, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, cultural challenges (within and outside the family), as well as struggles and fears associated with sexual intimacy.
