I practice The Gottman Method with influences and integration of Emotion Focuses Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples. Each session is grounded in current clinical research and adapted to support safety, connection, and sustainable change.

I am a lifelong learner with specialized knowledge in trauma for first responders and veterans, individuals with complex post-traumatic stress, and for those who experience all forms of grief, loss and transition.
