Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a new modality for me and a unique approach to psychotherapy. If ART is right for you, I will guide you to replace negative images in your mind - caused by trauma or other events, with positive ones of your own choosing.
This healing modality can be done quickly, most often within one session!
ART combines the enormous power of eye movements to allow voluntary changes in the client’s mind with well-established therapies like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery. Within the ART protocol, the eye movements, along with other ART enhancements, make these therapies work much faster and more effectively than more historically practiced modalities.
I have effectively treated Post Traumatic Stress, OCD, Eating Disorders, Generalized Anxiety and Generalized Depressive Disorders with ART. One of it’s greatest strengths is that it relies on Theta brain waves - connected to creativity, intuition, daydreaming… often present during meditative states.
You are completely in control of the process, and you do not need to discuss the details of your recurring images and / or Trauma. During this procedure, you choose me as a guide to your process of creating a new reality, free from the images and feelings that hurt you in the past.

Compassionate Inquiry (CI):
Compassionate Inquiry is an approach, which reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. This approach helps to recognise the unconscious dynamics that run our lives and learn how to liberate ourselves from them.
Compassionate inquiry is a process of me helping you reconnect with yourself. At its core lies the question: what’s blocking this connection? It requires having faith in the your process and trusting that your innate wisdom will guide you toward healing. Rather than relying on strict frameworks, it embraces trust and intuition; born from presence, curiosity, and compassion.
