Brendon Antill

Registered Psychotherapist, BSc, MACP

Hi, I’m a therapist new to the beautiful city of North Bay. Before arriving here, I spent two years in private practice in Barrie, supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach expands upon in my unique background as a brain injury rehabilitation worker with the March of Dimes Canada, where I provided physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and led social groups.

Brendon practices:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Child Psychology and Mindfulness and Personal Growth.

What I offer:

“I take a flexible, client-centered approach inspired by Integral Psychology, tailoring each session to meet individual needs—whether it’s addressing physical health, shifting negative thought patterns (CBT), or exploring spiritual growth through meditation and philosophy. I draw on tools like mindfulness, metaphors, and play therapy (with the kiddos), often using a whiteboard to visualize new concepts. I particularly enjoy exploring advanced topics through a philosophical lens, including ideas from Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, and Existentialism. While I resonate strongly with young males from Gen Alpha to Millennials, I welcome clients of all ages and genders.”

Let’s work together:

Our sessions will be personalized to your goals and comfort level, whether we’re navigating big emotions, building social skills, or exploring life’s deeper questions. I’m dedicated to making therapy both engaging and meaningful. If you’re ready to begin, I offer flexible virtual and in-person sessions, including convenient evening hours to fit busy schedules. Let’s work together to create a path toward growth, balance, and confidence.
